Maggie and Mitchell

Maggie & Mitch wanted a very DC feel to their day and we began with a tour of the National Capitol Columns at the National Arboretum. These columns were part of the original Capitol portico until replaced in 1958. Mitch brought a romantic picnic basket for the limo drive to the historic Daughters of the American Revolution Continental Hall where the Washington Monument provided a dazzling backdrop to the outdoor dancing on the terrace. Planner Kimberly Thompson did an outstanding job in organizing all the details of the day and the buffet provided by Dahan Caterers was excellent.
